Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

At Emma Laura, we want you to absolutely love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. To make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, we offer store credit for returns under the following guidelines:

  • Exchange or Store Credit Only: All returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your return and send your exchange or an e-gift card to the email associated with your order.

  • 30-Day Return Window: Returns must be received at our storefront within 30 days of the date you received your order. Because we are a small business and our inventory moves quickly, we cannot accept returns after this period.

  • Final Sale Items:

    • Sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. 
    • Custom orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are final sale. Custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for store credit, all merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means:

    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Odor-free (no scent of perfume, deodorant, etc.)
    • No markings from makeup, deodorant, or similar items

    If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will not issue store credit and will return the items to you at your expense.
